I am a passionate, growth-focused, and accomplished leader, with extensive international experience developing and executing innovative HR strategies aimed at enhancing company culture, learning, and mindset.
I am proficient at spearheading cultural initiatives of global impact as well as at leading learning and development projects and programs from conception to completion due to my strong background in talent management, which includes learning and people development strategy, design and implementation, organisational design, recruitment, and talent acquisition. I also have expertise at conceiving and conducting learning sessions to enhance skillsets of team members and leaders.
As a strategic thinker and coach, I am able to ask the right questions, trigger reflection, design solutions, "connect the dots", and demonstrate sound judgement, putting people and the organisation first, and welcoming challenge and diverse views.
