I have been focusing on individuals' and teams' growth for over 15 years through a variety of approaches and tools, including coaching and assessments, such as HBDI and OPQ. Outside of work, I enjoy music, art and travelling.

I have been working as a Human Resources professional for several years, mainly specialising in Talent development, cultural and organisational projects. My expertise includes coaching, facilitation, teambuilding, and behavioural and personality assessments, and I have partnered with teams in healthcare, manufacturing and education.

When I'm not interacting with leaders and teams on developmental and cultural topics, I enjoy experiencing different cultures and languages. I have visited many (and lived in 4) different countries so far, which has broadened my perspective and inspired me to create more inclusive workspaces.
My topics of interest include: people motivation, identity, influence and bias.
